Klara (Founders Program) raises 1,2M€ to digitize collaborator’s experience
Klara (ex-Mooveo) and part of STATION F’s Founders Program is a talent management platform allowing companies to deploy an efficient strategy of collaborators’ skills development.
Created in 2019 by Romain Etay and Nazim Chibane, Klara (ex-Mooveo) is an HRTech startup part of STATION F’s Founders Program (applications open here). The company has just announced a 1,2M€ seed round fundraising with Side Capital and Business Angels.
“Klara wishes to equip teams looking for a flexible tool answering to a growing need of HR development politics’ valorization”, explains Nazim Chibane, co-founder of Klara. This tool, dedicated to Talent Management and Learning teams, allows companies to deploy an efficient strategy of collaborators’ skills development with qualified data to anticipate employees’ expectations and training needs.
The company now wants to increase its investments for 2022 to build a technological base and complete its product line to allow companies to match talents and internal needs. Klara’s ambition is to become the first European Talent Management Platform.
