The Founders Program’s new batch reveals mounting ambition amongst European founders

This new batch showcases founders with even stronger track records, faster revenue traction, and increasingly technical ambitions.

Published on Oct 22, 2025

The Founders Program has long supported ambitious entrepreneurs. Previous batches already showed a clear trend: a majority of the founders were repeat founders, bringing proven experience to the campus. The most recent batch confirmed another shift - AI being used as a smart, silent engine to solve very specific problems in very specific industries.

Experienced founders, faster growth

This new batch highlights a clear evolution within the Founders Program: founders are increasingly experienced, with 30% coming from VP-level positions in leading tech scaleups - such as Planity, Deliveroo and ex-CTO of Believe - and a significant number being repeat founders. They don’t start from scratch - they already know how to structure technical teams, manage product and commercial growth, and raise funds. This accelerates their startup trajectory, reduces typical first-time founder risks, and increases the likelihood of rapid success.

The projects they bring are more complex, with higher market ambitions and revenue potential from the outset. Several have already raised substantial funding rounds even before releasing their product - a sign of the confidence investors place in their vision and execution capabilities. As AI-driven companies, their scalability potential is exceptionally high, allowing them to reach significant markets faster and more efficiently.

What we also notice is that these founders are laser-focused on execution and scalability: they’re looking for optimized infrastructure, robust data and AI pipelines, collaboration tools that can support their pace, and access to key talent to strengthen their technical core.

Equally important is a strong partner network, providing fast proof-of-concept opportunities and strategic connections to test and scale their solutions. We are no longer supporting startups with mentorship or workshops, our program acts as a business enablement engine, providing the tools, resources, and connections that allow these mature startups to grow efficiently and decisively.
