Stonly (Future 40, 2019) raises 22M$ to scale its new generation of self-service guidance
Stonly has developed a platform for product, support, and operations leaders to guide customers and employees to success, automatically and personally.
Stonly’s is going to the next level! After being selected in STATION F’s Future 40 in 2019, the Alumni company from Zendesk program announced today its Series A raise of 22M$ led by Northzone with existing investor Accel and business angels such as Miro CEO Andrey Kushing, former Algolia CEO and YC group partner Nicolas Desaigne, Personio CPO Roman Schumacher, and Dashlane ex-CEO Emmanuel Schalit.
Stonly has developed a platform for product, support, and operations leaders to guide customers and employees to success, automatically and personally. The core innovation is the ability to create step-by-step interactive experiences that adapt to any situation and to deploy them anywhere with no code.
“For too long, companies had to choose between disjointed solutions like unhelpful bots, large information repositories, and rigid adoption tools that customers and employees had to navigate to get unsatisfying answers. Stonly breaks down the barriers between product guidance and customer support, providing companies with the ability to adapt content to different uses cases and distribute it contextually, resolving customer issues while providing the right guidance in the right place”, explains Alexis Fogel, co-founder and CEO of Stonly.
The company goes one step further today, by adding a set of new features dedicated to digital adoption, offering powerful, personalized onboarding that puts customers on unique paths to success. Stonly now offers the easiest no-code way to build product tours and checklists that are far more powerful. To continue its development, Stonly is now recruiting over 100 people, including in its leadership team.
