Impact Field Marketing Group acquires Demooz (Zendesk & HEC programs)

Demooz, part of Zendesk & HEC Paris programs at STATION F, a “try before you buy” platform, has been acquired by Impact Field Marketing Group.

High-tech products and devices are less and less affordable. So before buying a new smartphone, kitchen robot or beamer, you might want to be sure that you are selecting the right one. There comes Demooz, part of Zendesk & Incubateur HEC Paris programs at STATION F, just acquired by Impact Field Marketing Group.

The company created in 2013 is a leader in the “try before you buy” domain. Thanks to its platform, consumers are able to try a product that’s already in another consumer’s hands before buying it. “Demooz transforms consumers into brand ambassadors offering demonstrations to future customers”, explains Stéphane Millet, co-founder of Demooz.

As a new step in its development, Demooz just announced its acquisition by Impact Field Marketing Group, a major player in field marketing solutions in Europe. “This strategic rapprochement will allow the ‘try before you buy’ service to gain visibility in order to help a large number of consumers. We believe that our coverage will go from 200 stores to 1.000 by the end of 2021”, claims Stéphane Millet.

“The Demooz community is the link in the chain that we were missing to create the best phygital offers possible”, said Jean-Dominique Castellani, general director of Impact Sales & Marketing.

STATION F is proud to see a startup as Demooz, who joined the campus in 2017, achieve its great ambitions. Since its arrival at STATION F, the company benefited from the support of a great actor in the customer care domain by joining the Zendesk program before moving to Incubateur HEC Paris and taking advantage of its huge network of experts.
