Meet the 16 Female Entrepreneurs from STATION F to Watch in 2025
Every year, we handpick a group of high-potential female founders for the Female Founders Fellowship. The goal? To show you the up-and coming female leaders we have on campus.
Diversity has always been part of STATION F’s DNA. Our community brings together entrepreneurs from over 65 nationalities, and we’re proud that over 40% of startups here have at least one female co-founder.
It’s hard to name all the incredible women who’ve left their mark on STATION F, but we immediately think of Julie Chapon (CEO of Yuka), Salma Bakouk (CEO of Sifflet and Future 40 2021), Rata Jacquemart (CEO Differs, Future 40 2023), Camille Bouget (CEO Scienta Lab and Future 40 2023), and Clarisse Hagège (CEO DFNS and Future 40 2021).
Each Female Founders Fellowship batch brings together inspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, many of whom come from outside the tech world. This year, three key trends stand out. First, the international dimension is stronger than ever, with many founders coming from abroad, including Russia and Kosovo. Second, there's a significant presence of deeptech startups pushing the boundaries of innovation. And finally, we’re seeing many PhDs—not just in tech fields, but across disciplines. This year’s batch features startups in CyberTech, SpaceTech, FinTech, ML, and ClimateTech, with AI playing a major role across industries. For each industry, you’ll find the names of women leaders to know.
Now, here’s the Female Founders Fellowship batch of 2025:
Marina Katava - CEO A51 - Entrepreneur First Program
Marina was a project leader at CNRS, developing models to study polymer formation, including DNA. She then joined McKinsey as a Senior Associate. As a founder, she combines hard-science research with business strategy. Her approach to entrepreneurship blends exciting projects, independence, and real-world impact. Exploring different fields helped her discover what she’s good at and what’s needed. With A51, she develops therapies for previously incurable complex disorders, starting with autoimmune diseases, using cutting-edge RNA technology.
Chloé Roubach and Philippine Roy - co-CEOs Zilo Energies - Founders Program & EDHEC Program
Philippine and Chloé combine engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship. Philippine adapted quickly to launch a solar subscription model in France, overcoming skepticism with transparency, data-driven decisions, and strong partnerships. Chloé’s background in civil and aeronautical engineering, along with renewable energy finance, helps her balance technical, financial, and impact goals. Together, they simplified Zilo Énergie’s offering, secured key funding, and are making solar energy more accessible.
Claire Gouze, CEO Nao, Founders Program
Claire Gouze went from Business School to leading data roles at Sunday and BCG Gamma, proving that passion matters more than the "right" path. Her biggest challenge was the long startup phase—months of searching for ideas, a co-founder, and their first client. She learned to embrace uncertainty while staying focused on what drives her. Now, she’s part of one of the most selective Founders Program batches.
Cindy Grenet - CEO Procureezy - Founders Program
With 15 years in B2B sales, she launched Procureezy, focusing on customer relationships. Coming from tech startups, she’s comfortable in fast-paced environments and even took Le Wagon’s coding bootcamp to bridge sales and tech. Her biggest challenge was gaining credibility in the space industry, which she overcame by networking, finding strong advisors, and immersing herself in the ecosystem. Her guiding principle: "Solve real problems, don’t just build features."
Anastasia Stasenko - CEO Pleias - Landing Zone
Anastasia’s background in philosophy and move to France 12 years ago shaped her unique approach to entrepreneurship. With a research-driven perspective, she questions industry assumptions and spots opportunities others might miss. Her biggest challenge as a founder was balancing innovation with credibility, which she overcame by focusing on results, gaining early adopters, and framing disruption around European values like sustainability. Her guiding principle: technology should empower humanity.
Mariia Zameshina - CEO Hexagone AI - Microsoft GenAI Studio Program
Growing up in Russia, Mariia faced biases but didn’t let them hold her back. Told that girls couldn’t do math, she spent a year solving Olympiad problems on her own and won a medal. This taught her the power of perseverance. As a founder, her biggest challenge was overcoming hesitation, especially when stepping out of her comfort zone. She learned that taking action, even imperfectly, is key to progress. Now, with Hexagone AI, she’s developing multimodal and user-friendly anonymization solutions for AI model training.
Caroline Span - COO Welcome Account - Télécom Paris - Institut Polytechnique de Paris Program
With a background managing La MedNum and several startup accelerators, Caroline combines social impact with scalable innovation in her venture, Welcome Account. Her experience navigating business development, securing funding, and scaling impact shapes her strategic and hands-on approach to entrepreneurship. Last year, she even participated in Qui Veut Être Mon Associé. Inclusion drives every decision she makes as an entrepreneur. For Caroline, it’s not just a value—it’s a strategy for building innovative and resilient ventures.
Charlotte De Vilmorin - CSO Newav - EDHEC Program
Charlotte’s disability sparked her journey to create what was missing, giving her a deep understanding of user needs. She believes everyone should have a role in society and the chance to shape the world. Inclusion isn’t just about access—it’s about valuing different perspectives. Entrepreneurs with unconventional backgrounds often see what others overlook, and that’s where true innovation happens. With Newav, she is making automotive accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Laura Krasniqi - CEO Ohmyseason - Fighters Program
Laura’s journey from Kosovo to France sparked her passion for innovation. With a background in Marketing & Communication, plus experience at SNCF and Orange, she created Ohmyseason to blend tech, communication, and a human-centered approach. For her, entrepreneurship is all about reinvention and lasting impact. She’s passionate about elevating seasonal work and offering a new way of working that’s all about travel, growth, and discovery.
Marie Paindavoine - CEO Skyld - Thalès Program
Marie has a PhD in cryptography and was part of the Berkeley SkyDeck acceleration program. She combines her strong technical background with a passion for solving real-world problems. After seeing organizations struggle to secure AI systems, she focuses on bridging that gap with practical solutions. For Marie, entrepreneurship is about resilience—learning from setbacks and moving forward. Trust is key in cybersecurity, whether leading her team, working with customers, or making decisions.
Isabella Gallucci - CSO Xydrobe - La Maison des Start-up by LVMH Program
With over five years as a stylist, Isabella has always had an eye for innovation. She and her co-founder, longtime friends, combined their complementary skills to launch Xydrobe. One of their biggest challenges was changing perceptions around VR technology. They overcame this by hosting a demo week, letting people experience it firsthand, which built lasting connections.
Cristina Corchero - CTO Bamboo Energy - TotalEnergies
Cristina is a data scientist and researcher, with a PhD that shaped her entrepreneurial journey. She has also served as an independent expert member of the European Commission for 5.5 years and has been a research advisor at the Institute for Energy Research in Catalonia for over 13 years. For her, the core principle is using technology to accelerate the energy transition, with a focus on creating a sustainable Europe where citizens are at the heart of the energy system.
Fanny Sauvée - CEO Orus Energy - Founders Program
Fanny launched Orus Energy during her studies without prior experience in the energy sector, seeing this as an advantage. By staying curious and learning directly from the field, she approached challenges with fresh eyes. Her biggest challenge was building credibility as a young founder in a technical industry, which she overcame by delivering results and surrounding herself with mentors. This is one of the reasons Orus Energy was selected as a Future 40 2024 company.
Mónica Larrazábal and Silvia Pugliese - SuperDAC - Marble Program
Silvia holds a PhD in molecular chemistry from the Collège de France. She is a repeat founder in ClimateTech companies. As for Monica, with a background in mechanical engineering, strategy consulting, and ClimateTech, she combines technical and business expertise to tackle climate change. As a co-founder and CEO, she bridges academic innovation, industry scale, and startup agility.
