STATION F is welcoming a new academic partner on campus: Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and IAE Paris-Sorbonne are launching their first incubator dedicated to humanist and sustainable entrepreneurship.

The initiative marks a new step in strengthening the bridge between higher education, research, and entrepreneurship, placing academic excellence at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic startup ecosystems.

The program is designed to support a new generation of founders committed to building innovative, responsible, and sustainable business models. It is open to the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and IAE Paris-Sorbonne community, including students, researchers, staff, and alumni.

Academia meets entrepreneurship

This new partnership reflects a shared ambition: to foster stronger synergies between academia and entrepreneurship.

For Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and IAE Paris-Sorbonne, it offers direct access to a global innovation hub. For STATION F, it brings a powerful academic network, with nearly 48,000 students and over 350,000 alumni, as well as deeper connections to the social sciences and humanities.

Together, the partners aim to support the emergence of high-impact entrepreneurial projects at the intersection of disciplines, combining scientific rigor, creativity, and a commitment to the common good.

Entrepreneurship is already a key pillar within Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and IAE Paris-Sorbonne, with initiatives that encourage students to develop transversal skills such as autonomy, responsibility, and initiative. This new incubator builds on that foundation, reinforcing a culture of entrepreneurship rooted in public service values and equal opportunity.

Supporting impact-driven founders

The program will focus on startups tackling major social, societal, and environmental challenges. It is designed for founders who place people, planet, and social justice at the core of their projects, while leveraging technology in a responsible way.

Key focus areas include the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, platforms, and data, applied with an emphasis on accessibility, frugality, and real-world usefulness. The program also encourages the development of sustainable and hybrid business models that balance impact and long-term viability.

Selected startups will join a six-month program at STATION F, with access to dedicated workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces. They will also benefit from tailored support, including strategic guidance, mentorship, access to funding opportunities, technological resources, and a rich calendar of events and conferences.

With this new incubator, STATION F continues to expand its role as a platform where bold ideas meet real-world impact, bringing together founders, researchers, and institutions to build the next generation of responsible innovation.
