STATION F & Terminal 11 launch program for Omani startups

We’re excited to welcome Terminal 11 (Oman), in partnership with HEC Paris, to support Omani startups in scaling internationally and connecting directly with the European ecosystem. Terminal 11 is a new innovation hub launching in September 2026, backed by the Oman Investment Authority and the Oman Future Fund. It connects emerging technology companies with government entities, venture capital funds and strategic partners, building an ecosystem focused on enabling scalable technology solutions.

Through this partnership, Terminal 11 gives selected Omani startups a direct pathway into the European entrepreneurial ecosystem, combining hands-on experience, practical methodologies, investment networks and business development opportunities. The program is a four-month acceleration, combining one month online and three months onsite at STATION F. Each cohort will include up to 10 startups (20 founders). The cohort will start online on October 1, arrive on campus on November 2, and the program will end on February 7.

The partnership was officially announced today at the Élysée Palace, in the presence of President Emmanuel Macron, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman, Roxanne Varza, Director of STATION F, Eloïc Peyrache, Dean and General Director of HEC Paris, and Almutasim Said Al Sariry, Chairman of Terminal 11.

With Terminal 11 joining KOSME (South Korea), Jetro (Japan) and IndiaAI (India), the International Program now brings together a community of founders from across Asia and the Middle East, right here at STATION F. Following last week’s announcement of our new program with Saudi Arabia, this also highlights the growing momentum across the Middle East. The campus already hosts over 60 nationalities and where startups have raised more than €1.2B in H1.
