STATION F, the world’s largest startup campus, announced today that Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) (LTSE: TWLO), the leading cloud communications platform, is opening a new mentorship office on campus. The space will also be used to host workshops, events and office hours to the 1,000+ companies on campus.

David Parry-Jones, SVP EMEA Twilio: "Twilio is delighted to be partnering with STATION F to enable more startups to bring their customer engagement strategies to life. Being able to communicate with customers from day one, on their channel of choice, is essential to building a long term customer base. This is true for start-ups with a few employees as much as for global companies - customer engagement is no longer just a nice to have, it is essential to business success."

Entrepreneurs will benefit from mentoring on how to use Twilio’s APIs to enable them to build the best customer experience for their own customers. Twilio joins the five existing mentorship offices of STATION F from Apple, AWS, Google, OVH and Shine, who are providing workshops to help entrepreneurs use their tools and engaging with them via 1-to-1 meetings to address specific questions or challenges they may be facing.

“We are beyond thrilled to welcome Twilio to STATION F with its new mentorship office. This is an excellent opportunity and resource for the STATION F community, as well as a super entrepreneurial success story itself”, said Roxanne Varza, director at STATION F.

Twilio’s mentorship office will be located in SHARE Zone, the zone gathering all the services of STATION F from 30+ public administrations to 150+ VC funds from all countries.
