Teale (Founders Program) raises 2M€ to help companies to protect mental health of their employees
Teale, part of STATION F’s Founders Program, announced a 2M€ raise with ISAI, Kima Ventures, Evolem and business angels to hire 10 new talents and develop its technology.

Team + heal = teale. Part of STATION F’s Founders Program, teale is on a mission to help companies to take care of their employees’ mental health. How? With a mobile application where each team member is invited to reply to a questionnaire to evaluate their mental health state. According to the answers, the application will turn the user to a program of digital therapy or partner therapists. They just raised 2M€ to accelerate their development.
“We don’t wait to have problems to take care of our physical health. But what do we do for our daily mental health? We think that the company has a great role to play in this domain”, says Julia Néel Biz, Co-founder and CEO at teale.
Three months after its commercial launch, the solution has already convinced many tech companies as Meero, 360Learning, Selency, Tiller, Libeo or collective insurance stakeholders like April Entreprise. Teale is now achieving a new milestone with a 2M€ raise with ISAI, Kima Ventures, Evolem and business angels in order to develop its technology and hire new talents. The ambition is simple: be the next European unicorn in the mental health domain. “This is only the beginning and there is a long road to come”, says Julia Néel Biz.
