STATION F teams up with 180+ VC funds for a comprehensive study on Talent & Future of Work

STATION F and 180+ VC Funds announced today that they team up to launch a comprehensive study on talent and future of work in the startup ecosystem in Europe and abroad. This study, in partnership with Mazars, will explore on how startups are dealing with one of the most important thing in the tech ecosystem: talent and future of work.

From the profile of startup founders to the challenges on hirings and remote work policies, STATION F's study will help the ecosystem gain a better understanding of the talent market. « Last year, STATION F released one of the first studies on the impact of COVID-19 on startups. This year, we have teamed up with over 180 international VC funds to dive into another key topic that is shaping ecosystems and the leading companies of tomorrow: talent and the future of work », said STATION F's Director, Roxanne Varza.
