Cybersecurity is a growing challenge for startups, which are often under equipped to face increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks. STATION F, the world's largest startup campus, is partnering with F5 to let its startups benefit from F5 cybersecurity to protect their websites, applications, and APIs. The partnership entails providing businesses hosted at STATION F’s campus with free access to the F5 Distributed Cloud Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) solution.

“Over the past five years, we have supported more than 5000 start-ups and closely follow the major challenges they face,” explains Marwan Elfitesse, Head of Startups Programs & Services at STATION F. “Securing your applications means protecting your business, your customers and your revenue streams”, he adds.

The power of F5 WAAP

With free access to F5 Distributed Cloud WAAP, STATION F start-ups will gain robust and efficient application and API protection services at scale. F5 will also provide solution-related training support.

Key F5 WAAP features include: Protection against emerging threats, operational simplicity by reducing the number of point solutions, bot detection, consistent security policies and end-to-end observability with insights and telemetry across distributed app infrastructures from a centralized user interface.

“We are delighted to support STATION F’s start-ups and ensure their ability to innovate isn’t constrained by cybersecurity concerns,” says Sébastien Weber, Country Director for France at F5.

"Among the countless challenges start-ups face, cybersecurity is undoubtedly one of the biggest. Even if time and budgets are sometimes limited, it is essential for any business to identify the risks and adapt.”
