Since our launch in 2017, we have received tons of requests from different ecosystems around the world that want to replicate and/or learn from what we have built at STATION F. We’ve seen a wide variety of projects and objectives: some countries want to repurpose a historical or unused building, others want to create a “startup district”, and some simply want to empower their local ecosystem but don’t really know what that looks like. We’ve also had high-level officials (Presidents, Prime Ministers) visit STATION F and then willing to start similar projects in their countries.

A Program designed for anyone who is building an ecosystem

After receiving so many requests, we decided to launch a 2-day Immersion Program that would allow international ecosystems to experience STATION F and also see how we build it. The program itself is modeled after a consulting project we did for an Asian startup campus - we realized that a lot of the questions were actually questions we frequently receive; many want to know why and how we made certain decisions, what adjustments we’ve had to make, and how we thought about certain topics.

The program is designed for anyone who is building an ecosystem and offers a comprehensive look at STATION F. We review all our different partnerships and components of the project, how we built and deployed them as well - as errors and learnings. The program also offers the opportunity to engage with some of our campus partners and startups, who share their own first-hand experiences, preferences and decision-making processes. Finally, participants are also able to interact with each other and build connections with other international ecosystems.

We held the first edition of the program in October 2022 with several organizations representing 3 different countries - and 3 different continents. The participants came from different types of organizations: government organizations, foundations, corporations, etc.
