Sanofi launches program at STATION F
STATION F and Sanofi launch a hands-on program linking Europe’s top health and biotech startups with real-world challenges to turn ideas into deployable healthcare solutions.

STATION F is launching a new HealthTech program in partnership with Sanofi, a new biopharma partner on campus. The initiative will support startups working on advanced biology, AI, and digital health, with access to mentorship and guidance from top R&D and digital teams.
The program focuses on three priority areas: AI-powered drug discovery, healthcare data analysis, and modeling biological systems. Selected startups will work alongside Sanofi teams on targeted proof-of-concept collaborations, analyzing large-scale biological data, modeling the human immune system, and developing predictive tools. By building digital models of the immune system, startups can better understand how the body reacts to diseases and treatments, helping accelerate the development of more precise and effective therapies.
Through this support, startups will be able to work on real-world projects, explore research in immunology and drug discovery, and quickly test and scale solutions that could transform patient care.
STATION F already hosts a strong HealthTech ecosystem, with successful startups like Biolevate, Spore Bio, Phagos, ScientaLab, and Theremia, and has also welcomed leading pharma companies such as AstraZeneca on campus. With the largest AI community in Europe on campus, this program comes at a time when more and more founders have research and engineering backgrounds. In 2025, 25% of all founders and 75% of last year’s Future 40 have strong research experience.
Through this partnership, STATION F startups will have the chance to work with a leading French pharma company in a strategic open innovation environment, turning bold ideas into real healthcare solutions that can improve patient care and transform the way diseases are understood and treated. Applications are now open, and startups can apply here.
