Created in 2019 by Grace Mehrabe and Arthur Caillaud, Outmind announced today a €2M raise with WinEquity, SuperCapital VC, Myrtus Venture, Business Angels and with the renewed participation of its historical investors, MSM and X-Creation. Successful entrepreneurs participating in the round include Guillaume Moubeche (Lemlist, Future 40 2019), Dimitri Farber-Garcia (Tiller Systems), Charles Beigbeder (Gravitation), Raphaël Boukris and Romain Gautier (Didomi), Hugo and Axel Manoukian (MoovOne), Clément Bouillaud (Partoo) and more.

Selected in 2020 to be part of Future 40, the annual selection of the 40 most promising startups of STATION F, Outmind accelerates access to relevant data spread among workplace applications. In total, there are on average 88 different SAAS tools used per company (Okta 2020) and data dispersion means 20% of working time is lost looking for information (McKinsey).

Outmind addresses this issue thanks to a technology that understands users queries thanks to AI and finds the right elements within the various workplace tools. It also indicates which person to contact for further information. The user is thus supported in his daily work life : he saves time finding files, avoids recreating what already exists, and knows the right person to ask when something is missing. In addition to the productivity gains, the risk of errors is greatly reduced.

“Business habits have changed with data proliferation. Today, each employee uses on average more than 10 different tools daily. Native search modules are proving to be inefficient and incomplete. We’re aiming to make internal information much more accessible, to enable better and quicker decision-making. In the longer term, our goal is to go beyond search, to bring the information to the user in a contextual way, when he needs it. This means continuing our R&D to be at the forefront of semantic analysis and machine learning techniques”, says Grace Mehrabe, CEO and cofounder of Outmind.

Since its launch, Outmind has already conquered more than 100 entities across many sectors (industry, banking, consulting and design offices ...). Thanks to this fundraising, the company plans to reinforce its growth in France and internationally, as the knowledge management market is booming due to the multiplication of data created and the standardization of hybrid working methods.
