STATION F partners with OpenAI

Over the past years, STATION F has established itself as Europe’s biggest AI startup community. Today, around 80% of the startups based on campus are developing AI-powered products, moving beyond experimentation to build scalable companies. Several leading AI players have emerged from this ecosystem, including Hugging Face, which was founded at STATION F and has since become a global reference in open-source AI. The campus brings together founders, researchers, investors, and industry partners working in close proximity. 

To accelerate this momentum, STATION F is now announcing a new partnership with OpenAI. This partnership is designed to give founders building in Europe privileged access to the world’s leading AI platform. 

OpenAI has built strong ties with the STATION F community through founder sessions, technical workshops, and regular on-campus engagement by its leadership and product teams, including during key moments for the European AI ecosystem such as the AI Action Summit in February 2025.

This partnership is a new milestone for the collaboration between OpenAI and Europe’s leading AI founders – designed to move beyond ad-hoc engagement toward a continuous, on-campus relationship between the builders of frontier AI and the startups turning that technology into products used by millions.

For startups, this partnership translates into concrete support: 

● OpenAI-led events and technical sessions hosted at STATION F 

● Regular on-campus discussions and meetups with OpenAI teams, including Paris-based technical experts 

● Access to OpenAI tools and credits to build, test, and scale AI-powered products.

Beyond access to cutting-edge technology, the partnership aims to foster closer dialogue between founders and the teams developing foundational AI technologies.
