Station F welcomes first ever HR Tech program on campus

Station F - with its 1000 startups - stands as a unique hub for observing the evolution of talent. As AI continues to reshape training and recruitment, and remote work revolutionizes collaboration and talent management, the importance of employee retention has never been more paramount amidst the fierce competition for talent. Campus has already been home to many incredible HR tech companies, including the likes of Teale, aHRtemis, Palm, Axel, Chance, Magma, Kolverr and many others.

Spoiler alert, we have been working on a dedicated HR tech program, and we brought the best on board with us!

HR is going through a profound transformation and to confront these challenges head-on, we are delighted to announce the launch of a pioneering HR tech startup incubation program led by Le lab RH , the leading professional association in the field of human resources and Deel, a network of 20,000 customers in 100 countries, processing payments for thousands of workers worldwide. (The company had raised a record €132 million in 2021, bringing its valuation to nearly €1.1 billion). We really couldn’t think of anyone better to lead our HR program on campus!

Through this program, startups like Elendi , Mon Coach Mobilité, Lecko et Yuzu will benefit from Deel and Le lab RH's extensive network and expertise - as well as all STATION F resources and infrastructure.
