Our most selective program

The Founders Program is one of our core in-house programs, led by the STATION F team. Successful companies like Crafty (acquired by Talentsoft) and Neoplants (first gen bioengineered plants) are already counted amongst the program’s alumni.

The Founders Program 2.0 offers 3 months of programming, covering 2 phases: network and learn, followed by execute and build. Programming focuses on 3 core needs of early-stage companies: building a great team, finding product-market fit & securing early-stage funding to build further. Following the 3 month program, teams can continue to call STATION F home for up to 15 months, with monthly check-ins with our team to continue supporting founders during their growth phase.

All companies have the opportunity to select one key advisor with a proven track record, who will accompany them during the program (and beyond!) to offer advice on their most pressing topics and challenges. Advisors are entrepreneurs themselves who have built leading businesses, such as Alan, Swile, Pigment, and many more.

Selection criteria

Only teams working on a tech-enabled project are eligible to apply. Teams also need to be full-time on their project and to already have a first minimum viable project (MVP).

Each Founders Program batch has a theme of focus in order to maximize shared learnings and community within the batch. For batch 3, we invite applications from companies working on reinventing health, resources and productivity, specifically:

  • Protecting biodiversity: water scarcity, natural resources and ecosystem

  • Improving health & wellbeing: aging, holistic wellness, health monitoring

  • Reinventing food distribution: logistics, traceability, procurement

  • Building new productivity tools: Generative AI for B2B, AI-augmented B2B SaaS

  • Entering the data era: modern data stack and Machine Learning Operations

Applications are open until July 9th, with the program starting September 11th. Applications can be submitted online here and must be accompanied by a video application.
