Meet the Female Founders Fellowship (FFF) batch of 2026

Each year, STATION F’s Female Founders Fellowship highlights a group of women who are not just building startups – but shaping entire industries.

Published on Apr 21, 2026

From day one, diversity has been at the core of STATION F. Our campus brings together entrepreneurs from over 65 nationalities, and more than 40% of our startups have at least one female co-founder.

Over the years, many outstanding women have helped define what entrepreneurship looks like here – Julie Chapon – CEO of Yuka, Salma Bakouk – CEO of Sifflet, and Clarisse Hagège – CEO of DFNS, to name just a few. The Female Founders Fellowship (FFF) continues this legacy by giving visibility and support to founders who are building the future in their own way. What stands out in this year’s cohort is not just what they’re building, but how.

This year’s batch reflects three strong dynamics.

First, a clear acceleration of AI-native companies – where artificial intelligence isn’t a feature, but the foundation. Two of our FFF fellows are coming straight out of the first batch of our F/ai program

Second, a focus on infrastructure: from logistics to compliance to commerce, many founders are building the systems behind tomorrow’s economy. And third, a strong commitment to sovereignty and impact, whether in supply chains, mental health, or financial systems.

The Female Founders Fellowship batch of 2026

Maliha Khalid – CEO Elix – F/AI ProgramMaliha Khalid is building at the intersection of organizational intelligence and AI. With Elix, she’s creating a real-time behavioral map of how teams actually work – giving companies the clarity to scale what’s effective and automate what isn’t. Her approach reflects a broader shift: moving from intuition-led management to data-driven organizational design.

Lara Rouyres & Eugénie Beauchesne – CEO & COO Elsee Care – HEC Incubator

With Elsee Care, Lara Rouyres and Eugénie Beauchesne are tackling one of the most pressing yet under-addressed challenges in healthcare – access to mental health and wellbeing care. Their solution makes essential mental health and wellbeing expenses reimbursable through trusted partners, bridging the gap between care and affordability. It’s a model that rethinks how prevention and support should be integrated into everyday life.

Ksenia Duarte – CEO ex9 – Moove Lab

Ksenia Duarte is reimagining industrial logistics from the ground up. With ex9, she is building what she describes as an “autonomous nervous system” for logistics yards – bringing intelligence, automation, and coordination to environments that have long remained analog. Her vision points toward a future where industrial operations run with the same precision as digital systems.Marie Michaud – COO Fuzed – Moove LabMarie Michaud is working on the future of decentralized energy systems. With Fuzed, she aims to empower communities to produce, consume, and manage their own clean energy – creating stable revenues, long-term savings, and a more resilient, sustainable energy ecosystem.

Roxane Laigle – CEO Lemrock – F/AI Program

Roxane Laigle is building for a world where commerce is increasingly mediated by AI. Lemrock acts as an agentic commerce infrastructure, connecting over 100 brands to more than 100 million AI-driven interactions monthly. Her work sits at the frontier of how consumers, brands, and algorithms interact – and how value is created in that new landscape.

Claudia Nguyen – CEO ouwba – ESSEC Incubator

Claudia Nguyen is addressing a quiet but critical bottleneck for startups – compliance. With ouwba, she’s building an AI co-pilot that helps companies get ISO27001 and SOC2 certified fast – often a prerequisite for working with large enterprises. By turning a complex, time-consuming process into a scalable one, she’s unlocking new growth opportunities for startups.

Katie Marsh – CEO Recupere Metals – Marble Program

Katie Marsh is taking on one of the biggest challenges in the energy transition – securing critical raw materials. Recupere Metals focuses on recycled copper, offering a sovereign supply alternative with no mining and no smelting. Her approach combines industrial pragmatism with environmental urgency – rethinking how we source and reuse essential resources.

Chirine BenZaied-Bourgerie – CEO TwoWay – BNP Paribas Program

Chirine BenZaied-Bourgerie is building at the intersection of finance and AI. With TwoWay, she’s developing a platform designed for institutional traders – bringing new levels of intelligence and efficiency to financial decision-making. Her work reflects a broader transformation of financial markets, where AI is becoming a core layer of infrastructure.

This new batch captures what we see every day at STATION F – founders who don’t just follow trends, but define them. Different industries, different approaches – but a shared drive to build meaningful, lasting companies.

The future of tech is already here – and these are the women shaping it!
