Here are the 13 female entrepreneurs from STATION F to follow in 2024
STATION F’s Female Founders Fellowship has the mission of accelerating success for high potential female entrepreneurs within the STATION F community. Check out the selection for 2024.
Each year at STATION F, we select a dozen high-potential female-founded startups to participate in the Female Founders Fellowship (FFF). Through this program, we empower these founders to become leading female role models both within and outside campus. These women are selected because they are business leaders in their field.
Diversity has always been part of our DNA at STATION F. Which is why we are incredibly proud to have 41% of our teams on campus with at least 1 female in the founding team. We are also incredibly proud to have supported many women entrepreneurs in the French ecosystem. This past year, STATION F alumni Julie Chapon (CEO of Yuka) was given the National Order of Merit - and she decided to have the ceremony at STATION F with our Founder, Xavier Niel.

This is the 4th edition of the Female Founders Fellowship, meaning that we have highlighted over 60 female founders to date. While many people often struggle to find women leaders in certain sectors, our founders have covered them all: space tech, crypto and web3, AI, construction, fintech and more. So next time someone says they can’t name a female founder for a certain industry, consider taking a look at the names selected for the Female Founders Fellowship. The selection for 2024 is diverse, including AI, BioTech, MedTech, and DeepTech, proving that women have their place in all sectors.
