Google DeepMind joins STATION F
Google DeepMind joins Google Cloud at STATION F, further strengthening the campus’ role as an accelerator for European AI.

Today, we are announcing a landmark partnership that brings one of the world’s most advanced AI research labs directly to our founders: We are proud to share that Google DeepMind is joining Google Cloud for a permanent residency at STATION F.
Over the years, partnerships within our ecosystem have helped startups access tools, infrastructure, and credits. This collaboration marks a clear shift from access to presence. This is not about remote support or occasional touchpoints. It is about bringing research, engineering, and ambition into the same physical space, every day.
As Clément Farabet, VP of Research at Google DeepMind, puts it:
“We are not just here to occupy an office. We are here because innovation happens when the brightest minds work side by side. We want to be part of the daily life of this campus.”
What this means for our startups
Proximity to research
This goes far beyond API access. Founders will engage directly with the teams behind models like Gemini and Gemma, discussing architecture, challenges, and breakthroughs in real time.
The full stack, in one place
By combining Google DeepMind’s research leadership with Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure, startups at STATION F gain a direct path from foundational models to global deployment.
Builders, on campus
Expect a new level of engagement: hands-on technical workshops, dedicated office hours with engineers such as Clément Farabet, Olivier Lacombe and Omar Sanseviero, and deep dive sessions designed for builders, starting today with Gemini API Sprint.
Building the future, side by side
We believe the best way to support the next generation of AI companies is simple: put founders in the same room as the people shaping the field.
That is how ideas accelerate. That is how companies scale. That is how ecosystems lead.
Welcome to the campus, Google DeepMind. Let’s get to work.
