Cocoon-Immo (Founders Program) raises 1M€ to make real-estate professionals more visible

Cocoon-Immo is developing a platform and service to manage digital communication in the real estate domain.

Created in 2020, Cocoon-Immo has just announced a 1M€ raise with ALFR Opportunity Invest (investment subsidiary of Acheter-louer.fr), Business Angels, and BPI. Part of STATION F’s Founders Program, the company helps real estate professionals to manage their online visibility, especially on social networks. Historically implanted in Quebec, Cocoon-Immo now offers its services in France, Belgium, and Senegal.

“Within 18 months, we’ve built a portfolio of 250 client agencies, extremely loyal and pleased with our services. Our ambition is to offer the best value for money for an agency that didn’t have another choice to internalize these functions, work with often expensive non-specialized communication agencies, or choose an inefficient 100% automatized solution, until now”, explains Thomas Sadoul, co-founder of Cocoon-Immo.

This fundraising will allow Cocoon-Immo to reinforce its platform intelligence and accelerate its commercial development in France and abroad. Also, Cocoon-Immo will benefit from the group Acheter-louer.fr’s resources to develop and propose cross offers for clients of both structures.
