Many people are unable to find a solution when confronted with legal matters. Avostart (Facebook & Founders programs), created by Raphaël Jabol, Pierre Aïdan and Stéphane Le Viet, aims to solve this issue. The company, selected as one of the 40 most promising startups of STATION F (Future 40) in 2019, is offering a daily legal help solution powered by attorneys. They just raised 2M€.

Avostart offers its services directly (via monthly subscription with no commitment), or through partners (via white-label services or API integration), in order to make French people’s life easier when it comes to legal matters.

“No one is surprised that you can find the apartment of your dreams thousands of miles away in a few minutes using a platform like Airbnb. Avostart offers the same simplification, allowing anyone to get the right solution for their legal matters, however apparently daunting, within minutes”, explains Raphaël Jabol, CEO of Avostart.

The company just announced a 2M€ raise led by OneRagtime, BNP Paribas Développement and business angels from the insurance industry. This fundraising will enable Avostart to keep creating a breakthrough in usage, define a new seamless way to access legal services (ie. making legal services accessible 24/7) and with the ambition to become the leading legal help across Europe. “We want to create a world where legal is never an obstacle", says Raphaël Jabol.
