Amalia.io (Future 40, 2021) raises €4M to help companies better manage sales compensation
This seed round will allow Amalia.io to continue its development towards Nordics & UK markets and recruit about 30 talents.
Amalio.io, formerly part of STATION F’s Founders Program and selected as one of the 40 most promising startups of the campus (Future 40) in 2021, just announced a €4M raise led by the UK fund InReach Ventures with id4 Ventures, Super Capital VC and angel investors.
Created in 2020 by Idriss Boumaza & Maxime Grandjean, Amalia.io is a no-code interface aiming to help companies to manage any commission or compensation plan, no matter its complexity, in full autonomy.
“All Sales Representatives know that a compensation plan often comes with a lot of frustration especially for the payroll validation step. Our job is to unleash the potential of incentive plans in companies by bringing automation and visibility on incentive & performance data. Today, Amalia.io can modelise any plan whatever its complexity or the specificities and gives instant visibility to the teams”, says Maxime Grandjean, co-founder & CEO at Amalia.io.
The solution is designed for companies with more than 30+ sales representatives and offer features like volume processing capacities, different payout frequency management, multi-language, multi-currency, payee record continuity, multiple sales hierarchies, quotas management, MBO & OKR management, target letters campaign, custom reports for FP&A…
Amalia has already convinced 30+ customers from all sectors and team sizes across the world, including some of Europe’s top high-growth startups including AB Tasty and the French unicorn Swile.
Thanks to this fundraising, Amalia.io plans to continue its development towards Nordics & UK markets, recruit about 30 talents in all departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Tech) and improve the solution towards advanced Sales Performance Management features.
